Global Diligence represents individuals charged with violations of international criminal law or international humanitarian law, including war crimes, genocide, and crimes against humanity.

GD Partners have worked on defence cases before several UN-assisted International Criminal Tribunals.

Extraordinary Chambers in the Courts of Cambodia

• The UN-assisted Extraordinary Chamber in the Courts of Cambodia (ECCC) was set up to prosecute the former leaders of the Khmer Rouge.

• GD Partners Richard J Rogers and Alexandre Prezanti represent Ao An, who is charged with genocide and crimes against humanity in Case 004.

• Alexandre Prezanti assisted the defence team in the case of Duch, who was the first defendant to be convicted.

• Rogers formerly served as the Principal Defender at the ECCC.

The International Criminal Tribunal for former Yugoslavia

• GD Partner, Richard J Rogers, assisted the defence in the trial against Stanisić, the former head of intelligence under Milosević
